1. Summary
Discretionary Assistance Fund (DAF) - Partner Information Portal
Welcome to the new Discretionary Assistance Fund (DAF) network partner portal. Launched in April 2025, it has been created to provide more information, training and resources for existing partners as well as providing an entry point for new potential partners. Our network is made up of professionals working for local authorities, charities, advice agencies and housing associations who apply for DAF funding on behalf of those in need.
You can become a partner if you are:
- a support worker
- a housing worker
- a social worker
- other similar professional
How to become a member of the network
If you are working with those in need and would like to ensure that your applications to DAF are effective, this is the place for you. We offer training on completing applications, a moderated forum where you can share experiences with other professionals and ask questions as well as access to a range of help and resources.
